How Google Review Works
It all starts with identifying recent customers and following up to see if they were happy with the service or product you provided. It is a simple thumbs up icon for those who are happy and a thumbs down icon for those disappointed.
Once you receive a thumbs up, and have had someone identify themselves as a happy customer, they will be invited to post a review on Google. And not just Google – there are multiple options to choose from. From Facebook to Web MD and everything in-between. It is that simple!
If, however, someone has identified themselves as having a negative experience by selecting the thumbs down icon you’ll get an alert which will bring them privately to your attention so you can proactively address the problem before it gets to your Google my Business page or other review sites. Turning a negative experience into a positive review.
